“Amazing product with 5 star customer service. Simple and easy to use without scalding yourself. Compact enough to throw in your bag and take for auditions, use at work or when sick. I use mine at my desk and after being on stage. The mist is so fine that your face is not dripping and not too hot that it leaves red marks. Control over the flow of steam and even has auto cool down after use. I have used many steamers but this one is a keeper.
