I had a positive experience in that it does everything the device's makers promise. It quickly makes a nice, pure steam that's not too hot. It's very portable and easy to use. Regarding the pure water refills, thought was even placed into how much liquid is allowed to be carry onto a plane by a passenger. The multi-use aromatherapy scentpad pods are very pleasant bonus; ingeniously placed, too.
While it is very good (and even necessary) for the inhaler to be self-drying, it is a bit annoying to hear it run for about 10 additional minutes after usage, especially when using the inhaler during bedtime or while watching TV.
As a tangent note and tip, I found it good to clean the facial 'mask' part with my CPAP cleaning wipes.

“it just happened to be that I got a head cold and this product really helped open up my sinuses so that I could breath! Whenever my head felt like it was going to explode, I used this and everything drained and I felt so much better.”
