I've used the corded version for about a year now, and no matter the cost, this product is an absolute necessity for anyone looking to relieve or prevent the symptoms of congestion, inflammation or tightness/pain in the ENT area. You MUST use DISTILLLED WATER.
The cordless version, however, did NOT function, out of the box, and never worked.
I am currently waiting a replacement for the cordless version. After I proved my dilemma to the courteous and patient customer service rep Monae (through email), my replacement unit was fast tracked to to shipping.”

“I've been a fan of Mypurmist for many years. I've loved my corded device wholeheartedly. Mypurmist makes it so easy to steam. As a vocalist, it did not make sense to me not to own this device. I can truly say this device has helped me through some of my worst issues with my sinuses and colds. Somedays, while I had to be out at work feeling under the weather, I would dream about coming home so I could finally have warm mist relief. Even when I'm not sick I still use this device almost every day. If you are a singer/speaker or even someone who uses their voice frequently, especially in harsh environments, it simply makes sense to invest in this device. I'd be remiss if I did not also mention the customer service team. I emailed for help with my device expecting to receive a generic unhelpful response and they proved me very wrong.
