I recently purchased a MyPurMist handheld steam inhaler which unfortunately
I had some difficulty with getting it to work. I contacted the company about the
problem and KS (Customer Rep) very promptly replied back to me with directives
on what to do to rectify the problem. Much to my disappointment it did not
help. I advised her of my dilemma and she informed me that a new device
would be sent to me, free of charge. Once I received it I made sure to let them
know of its working status....It worked and I was delighted! I love it!
Customer Service assistance and promptness in dealing with the matter made it pleasant
and easy for me as a customer. She was very kind, understanding and showed
a high standard of professionalism. I would rate the Service Standard as very
high and give you KS three thumbs up!
