“Because the MyPurMist unit failed within a few days, I was never able to use the scent pads. I had similar problems with a corded unit a few years age, as well as with their water. I have explained all to MyPurMist.com several times, and consider the issue closed. I will never buy another MyPurMist product.”
“I purchased the unit several months ago and tried to get it to work. It would stay on a few seconds, then go off. My husband was very ill and I did not have time to return it then. After some time, I started to read different reviews at Amazon and discovered that, if you do not sign up online and get update to machine, it WILL NOT WORK. I discovered this on my own; mypurmist did not mention that this must be done to make it work. So far as I know, they still do not. Bad decision on their part. After I signed up online, updated software and charged again, the unit has worked beautifully and we use it on a daily basis. So easy and highly recommend, but update software please.”
