“Purchased from Target. It took three units before I got one that worked. First unit imeadiately turned on with solid red light. Let set, with water, 48 hours and still would not work. Returned for second unit. Second unit worked until it sat overnight with the reservoir half full of water. Next morning the reservoir was empty with all the water running out the base. Obviously a water reservoir leak. Second unit returned for a third and FINAL try. This one worked as intended out of the box. Now I can say the unit works great reducing sinus and chest chest congestion. At $180 I would expect better and more cosisitent quality from the Singapore manufacturing / assembly operation. My 3 star rating is because of lack of out of box quality.”
