“I bought this to help with congestion and it works very well. This is way better than using Claritin, Sudafed, Afrin etc. My only complaint is the cost, a "facial sauna" such as the one sold by Connair works as well and costs far less.”

“I initially purchased this product in January, 2018 and used it twice daily since then. It is very effective in relieving my sinus congestion. In late November, it was no longer working properly. Since it was still under warranty, I contacted customer service via email. I received a prompt reply with suggestions to try. I followed the suggestions but there was no change in my device. When I contacted the customer service representative with the outcome of her suggestions, she immediately approved a new device. It has arrived. I love this product and their customer service is outstanding!”
