I've been taking My Vada Breathe for a couple of years and I could tell it helped my breathing and kept my lungs clear, But I always had to start using it again when my allergies and congestion kept coming back. For this last order, I happened to read the directions inside the box saying that it is not meant to used like an asperin or cold medicine but to be used consistently. So I have been taking a tablet first thing every morning and at night before going to bed for the last 2 months, what a difference !! I have been clear for 2 months so I will continue to take this product because it works if taken as recommended

I bought it for my husband. It was time to reorder and so I asked if it was really helping or not. He told me that he wanted to continue taking Breathe because his recovery time had improved so much. When he gets out of breath, he can recover twice as fast as before he began taking Breathe. He said it is AMAZING!

I had a problem with breathing at night. I would get flem in my throat and would start coughing. After I took Breathe, my throat did not have the problem anymore and I am now able to sleep through the night. I had tried many things but this seemed to work. I have reordered and told friends about it.

After taking MyVada for 7 days, as suggested, without food. 1 pill in AM, 1 pill in PM. I am not well, but so much better. I am hoping to get better in time. Please keep your wonderful pills coming. This is the first help I have found since being told I have COPD. To be honest, life Has’t been worth living. I know that I am a good fighter, but this is a horrible disease. So happy that I am better. Thank you

12-9-2021 I am not one to write reviews, even if something is not very good. Just do not have that much free time. But with “My Vada Breathe” this exception is offered. I have been taking two capsules daily for about a week and I am favorably impressed. Before explaining further, I share a tad of my experience as an asthmatic child. In those ancient times (now in my fossil years), it was necessary to don an oxygen mask for my nightly ‘hit’ before going to sleep. Next to my bed stood a very tall green bottle of medical-grade oxygen. That ritual persisted for several years. Now we skip forward a few decades when a medical doctor, upon examining a recent chest x-ray exclaimed, (and I quote): “Your lungs are shot!” I thought to myself, ‘so tell me something new—I already know that!’ That brief interlude was embellished with: “You have COPD.” I inherited a weak lung structure from both my parents probably because they smoked. I grew up with second-hand smoke (an unknown way back when). Plus, working in the construction industry for a few decades without adequate lung protection from assorted dust and various chemicals—not therapeutic whatsoever. I have never smoked and for over sixty years consumed nothing that would aggravate my lungs, especially allergy-causing dairy products and grains. The details of that episode are saved for another rant. Returning to the present era and this initial review of “Breathe”: Obviously, I am not ‘cured’. I still use a rescue inhaler. I have good days and not-so-good ones. But the one thing that I have noticed is quite amazing. My lung capacity has greatly improved. Most unexpected and most welcomed to say the least. I intend to keep at it and expect much more in the ensuing months. Finally, if anyone with lung issues reading this is still fence-sitting, try “Breathe” for yourself. Nothing to lose and everything to gain. “Breathe” gets five big thumbs up from me! How many thumbs will you give it?
