The ultra-rich cream takes some getting used to, as it is much thicker than Nourish and therefore can be a bit of a challenge to spread across your skin. I found that using larger amounts in several areas helped spread more easily. I brush my teeth after application, then apply Rejuvenate. The next morning, my skin is very soft.
