No one from your team has responded, I was also advised via instagram that a customer service rep would contact me in 48 hours to resolve the issue and this hasn’t happened. “I love my day set! Began using this product as I wanted a more natural approach. My face originally did not love the oil, it was breaking out and even now it’s used sparingly. I use the face serum daily / multiple times a day. Even though I just started using these products in April I’m already on my 2nd bottles! Would love if they made these products with spf so I could avoid having to put another product on. I currently have the night, day sets, the eye creams and the illuminate serum which I also love!”
“I saw someone on a talk show (Can't remember which one) talk about how good these products were, so I thought I woud try it. I first bought the night serum and the prevent serum and just loved them both, so I re-purchased the night set as well as day serum. My 53 year old skin has never looked better. I've ever gotten some comments from friends stating that I am "glowing", so this was definitely a good buy. I like the consistency of the serum and the smell of the "prevent" serum is lovely, not too strong, just right! Highly recommend these products, not only do they work well, they are actually affordable.”

I really wanted to love these products but unfortunately I don’t.
The prevent and rejuvenate oils have such an overpowering smell of lemongrass I just can’t use them.
The protect pills so badly it can’t be used on the face in the morning.
The Renew has created bad red rosacea on my face that I didn’t have before use. Created really bad pimples that have marked my skin. I had no pimples prior.
The illuminate also pills and left a film on my face I had to get a facial to try and peel it off.
I would like to return and receive a refund.”
