“I placed an order on 1/4/23. Have not received my order so I can’t do a product review. I am rating with one star because of customer support. I have sent email and made a phone call to get information on my order. The email response was automated and only states they will get back to me in 3-5 business days. The phone call only allowed me to leave a message. I have tried to track my order, but it’s reported that the delivery carrier has not received my order… although I did get an email confirmation on 1/7/23 that it is on the way. All I want is my products or a response with update to my order, but will Pursue a refund if I have not heard from anyone over the next 48 hours! This is bad business.. even if you have a great product….”
“I’ve been using this for a few weeks…I AM seeing a marked improvement in skin texture and elasticity! I have some small areas of boxcar or rolling scarring on my cheeks from a recent tretinoin purge… I had been using it for months and couldn’t use it nearly as often as prescribed and I was never endingly purging. My skin wasn’t even that bad as far as active acne - and tretinoin was so harsh even buffered - it was turning my face to leather! And still breaking out/purging. Yuck. Now, I know my skin..and I can JUST do the calming and moisturizing and gentle cleansing…I do need some type of active to keep breakouts and impending age at bay…
For the few weeks I’ve been using this brightening serum and the prevent oil or restorative oil (day/night) - the scarring is so much less - they seem much more shallow, not at all as noticeable.. my face is much smoother and the tone way more even. I’m very pale.. everything shows on my skin.. id love to not wear foundation and feel good about it. This is the first time in a long while I feel like that’s an achievable goal.
Stop annihilating your moisture barriers my friends! If you can afford to spend on skincare - go for it. I’m picky, sensitive, highly critical, highly skeptical…and I would not be bothered to write a glowing (like my skin) review unless I ACTUALLY believed it.”
