“I love the products but the bottle for the Protect, the screw top is striped so I have a very hard time getting the dropper on and off and need to make sure it doesn't tip since it is doesn't close all the way.”

It is possible that some residue dried on the opening of the bottle, causing the top to resist opening. I would recommend to try pulling the cap off instead of twisting it.
