“Day Serum lid wasn't tighten correctly for postage. Serum had leaked and dried on side of bottle and in box. I didn't realise how much had spilled at first. Serum only lasted 13 days before it ran out.
I suggest improving your packaging so that products can be shipped without leaking.”
