“This product created flaking and dryness, for days! A nightmare. I had to exfoliate with a scrub to try to get rid of the dead skin shedding. Moisturizing with Hyaluronic and creams didn't solve the problem. My makeup brushes picked up the dead skin flakes and spread them all over my face. Am still cleaning them. Trying to wipe the dead skin off with my fingertips made more shed on my forehead, create clumps in my makeup. Spent 30mins trying to clear it. Only used a pea size amount once! Wish a refund!”

I would like to share that our skincare is formulated with naturally derived ingredients suitable for nearly all skin types; however, given your situation, I recommend pausing the use of this skincare. Please note that Renew contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids, which can be sensitizing. We don’t recommend applying Renew alongside products other actives such as Vitamin C, AHA’s, or topical retinol products. If you would like to make a return or exchange, I understand.
