“I really like both the products I tried from Naked and Thriving. The Illuminate BC+ Brightening Serum and the Rejuvenate Restorative Face Oil. I tired these in the travel size. The oil's viscosity made the dropper experience not bad but workable. The Illuminate BC, it didn't work at all. I thought I had received a defective dropper but a replacement was sent and it worked similarly, not at all. The product is too lightweight and thick to allow the tiny dropper to disperse it.
To apply it you have to just rub the dropper on your face and keep dipping it in the serum, not very sanitary.
I would love to see Naked and Thriving evaluate their packaging and change to pump bottles or a tube, something where one can get out the product cleanly and accurately. I’d love to keep buying both of these but the user experience is not good with these droppers.”
