“I have bought this product 2 years ago and it was amazing, I still have items with those name tags on, which are hard to remove, still flat and secure. I have ordered so many then, that I only had to reorder this year, but I am terrible disappointed! Tags wrinkle in wash and effectively come off after just several weeks. Can't even imagine, that it actually is same product. Effectively I will have to order new name tags for my daughter's uniform. What a shame.”

“80% of the labels came off in the first wash. Very disappointed. Was told that this can happen depending on the hardness of the water and/or the type of washing liquid you use. Funny I didn't see that in the item description...”

Yes, you are right that occasionally this happens and we do apologise that in your instance the labels didn't work. While it is of no consolation to you, this does only happen to under 3 in 1,000 customers; over 99% of our customers use our labels without any problem with many returning year after year.
