We're sorry to read that you are disappointed with your labels. Our Stikins labels do need to be stuck to the washcare label and we try to make the instructions on the website, and on the packaging, as clear as possible. All our testing has been done on the washcare label as this tends to be a consistent material; the adhesive will react differently to different materials which is why the labels sometimes fall off if they are stuck elsewhere on the garment.
