We're very sorry to hear that your labels have come off in the wash. We have sold literally millions of the same labels this summer and have tens of thousands of happy customers - although this is obviously of no consolation to you. “Although the labels are super easy to apply, quite a few of them have come off in the wash. For the price I would have expected them to stay on for more than one wash, at 30 degrees. A little disappointing.”

We're sorry to hear you are disappointed with your name labels. You are quite right to expect them to last more than one wash - our tests by an independent laboratory showed that they lasted 40 washes at 40°C - and were still going strong at the end of the tests!
