“The labels looked great but did not peal off easily from the contact sheet. In some cases, the adhisive part of the label remained on the contact sheet - only the name lifted off. There were entire sheets that were unusable.”
We’re so sorry about this! What you described is a product defect, and the labels should absolutely release cleanly from the sheet.
In the future, please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can provide a more prompt response and get things taken care of right away. Someone from our team will be reaching out shortly to help make this right.
“These are perfect for labeling my son's items for daycare. I especially love the labels for the pacifiers—so handy! And they seem to truly be waterproof. I have put them in the dishwasher and the laundry machine adn they've done fine. Will definitely be reordering!”
We’re very sorry the labels did not perform as expected. We connected with you directly and have sent a replacement under our satisfaction guarantee. We hope the new labels work much better for you!
