It looks like the package was returned to sender due to an issue with the shipping address you provided. When you reached out, our team arranged to resend the labels to the corrected address as a courtesy and at our expense once the return arrived.
Unfortunately, the return package itself appears to have been delayed in transit or otherwise lost. I apologize for the added wait. Someone from our team will be reaching out as soon as possible with an updated timeline.

“These labels don't stick as well as some labels I have ordered in the past from Name Bubbles. I also miss the labels that were basic colors including stripes. The colors could be customized and were great for me and my older children (I could create with their school colors). The current selection is too much geared to younger children.”
