“A couple of older friends and I had never done this before and had a Little trepidation, but the helpful video along with the staff's instructions put us more at ease and we had a wonderful run. NOC operates an efficient, friendly organization!”

“Stayed one week with family and was talked into kayaking for my first time by my husband daughter and son in law. I started out terrified and by the end I wanted to do it again. It was beautiful scenery, the water although chilly (I am from Florida) was sooo refreshing. We are already talking about coming back and maybe doing another location!”

“I've rafted the Nantahala several times and when a couple of friends were coming in town wanting to hit a river, I suggested we ducky and we all had a blast. The NOC makes it easy to get geared up and the duckies are an awesome way to get to see the river in a little more up close and personal way. All of the NOC staff were courteous and kind and professional. Thanks for a fun day!”

“The day on the ducky was a first for my friend and I we wanted to make sure we could do as a family trip later on down the river and we had a blast and ready to bring the family’s up for there adventure on there own ducky. Thanks for the staff being the perfect people to help us on our first trip hope the Family Trip will be another awesome day thanks again. Sam Messer”
