“I had been thinking about changing our dogs food to raw for a while . Bought the ‘build your own box’ so we could try a few different meals. Well, our Freddy absolutely loves all of the different flavours. He is eating it straight away, which he hasn’t done for some time . So easy , substantial, many options to choose from . Thank you Naturaw from both me and Freddy :)”
“Having started with an Original Taster Box I have learned which of the Naturaw meals my fussy dog will eat and now am able to build my own box selecting just the meals that my dog likes. They go down very quickly - which I have learned through experience is not the case with all raw dog meals - and I like having the ability to clearly see what is in my freezer.
The only things I would like to see changed are
1. The ability to vary the content of my subscription order to adjust numbers of various recipes without having to cancel my subscription and set up a new one - I would like the ability to try one or two new boxes of different flavours each month to see if they work for my dog.
2. I would like to receive the same free treats that customers of the Original Taster Box get!”

Thankyou for your review and kind words, we are thrilled to hear your dog is enjoying their food and we'd like to reassure you on your points; you certainly do not need to cancel your subscription in order to change the contents. You can alter the meals in your box by popping a message over to our lovely ladies on customer service and they will action any changes for you. You can do this via our new chat bot or by sending a direct email to woof@naturaw.co.uk. Providing the request is received a minimum of 3 days before the next renewal your new choices will be processed on the next order. We have tried having this option available to customers directly but currently it is not a service we are able to provide.
The free treats is a little more difficult to offer with a Build your own Box subscription as we have designed this service particularly so customer's all receive a 5% discount off their bill instead. Taster boxes receive a free packet of treats but there is no discount applied and no choice in the meals that are contained in their box.

“Emailed Customer Service twice as box delayed by DPD, no response but did get this email asked Ng for review. Items not received, expected delivery 40 hours after arriving at DPD depot. Not sure what state the raw food will be in.”

We think this review is a little unfair as our customer service team have replied to your emails this morning on our return to work. If you could please check your junk/spam folder this would be gratefully appreciated, it was sent at 10.45am this morning by our lovely Abbie. Your order is due for delivery between 3.51pm and 4.51pm today.
On the rare occasion an order arrives late we find it is most likely going to be in good condition and safe to feed/refreeze. Our wool liners are very efficient for over 48 hours and if the food is cold to the touch and partially frozen it will be safe to re-freeze. If it is warm and fully defrosted please let us know as we would advise to dispose of the affected items and we would replace them at our expense.
