“My dogs really enjoy the selections they get. There are times when we seem to get a lot of one kind and then the same again in the next box. I appreciate it is just random selection though. With regard to the new packaging, I’m not a big fan of it. With the previous size of packaging it fitted better in our fridge and freezer. Also, the plastic cover doesn’t always come away easily and doesn’t allow for easy storage as it doesn’t re-seal. The paper on the bottom might stop the meat from sticking but it sticks to the meat itself and can be awkward to remove all the meat from it. I preferred not having it. I love the fact that all the packaging is biodegradable, one of the reasons I order from you so thank you for all your efforts on this.”
Hi Daniel. Fish is only in 2 products (intentionally in v small amounts as well) and is an essential part of a raw diet. It is also one of the most expensive ingredients so certainly not used to 'bulk out'. We hear what you are saying though and we are looking at introducing some options for subscription boxes in the near future which would hopefully help you x
“The food is great - really good quality and I like the company ethos- the new packing is not as good as the previous packaging - no replaceable lid and the piece of paper is the bottom of the container gets in the way as the food doesn’t slide out”
