“長年睡眠薬に頼り寝ていましたが、お医者さんから、もうお薬を出せないと言われてしまい、急にお薬をやめました。その辺りから原因不明の目眩と元々の不眠より酷い眠れぬ日々過ごしています。食事や運動も以前より気をつけましたが一向に良くならず…。 CBDが良いと知り、摂取量も簡単な質問で調べられるこちらで40%がオススメとの事で、毎日4滴、夕食後に飲んでいます。まだ不眠には効果を感じていませんが、今月の生理痛がとても楽でした。(毎月痛み止めを1日の最大量×3日は飲んでも寝込むのですが、痛み止め1度飲んだだけで過ごせました。) あと、偏頭痛持ちですが最近辛い日が減っている気がしています。そんなところにも効果があると知らず、調べて効果があると知りレビューしました。これから不眠にも効果が出てくれたらいいなと思いながら、もう少し続けてみようと思います！”

“I have been using CBD for almost a year. The 40% oil in 10mL is the most convenient for me as it is a small enough bottle to carry around. Also, the concentration means I only need a few drops so it lasts longer than the same sized bottle at a lower concentration.”
