“I'm not sure how long it takes to see a difference; but I haven't seen the changes in my nails and hair that I was hoping for in the 2 months I've been taking them. I still have breaking nails and thinning hair. Probably won't continue after I have finshed the pills I have.”

“Due to hair loss, my dermatologist recommended items that would improve my hair health as well as improve hair growth & volume. I use TrueHNS Biotin supplement on a regular basis & have for several years. My hair health has improved considerably. Hair volume has increased which has made me very happy. It looks great & feels good. Cannot ask for more than that.”
