Glad you're doing better and the calcium does not upset your stomach. You want to try adding a third capsule per day, and if that seems to be working well try adding the fourth capsule. Let us know if you have any more question.

“I was looking for a bone supplement that wouldn't leave me feeling stomach sick. I've been taking this product with True Aloe and have had no issues. I don't know if I will get any improvement with my bone health, but I'm very hopeful.”
