“As i have not even received my raspberry jam it will be very difficult to review it. I have tried to get hold of you 5 or 6 times on your phone lines, left a message, and left you a complaint on your e-mail and still have had no response from you about the fact that i was sent an organic strawberry jam instead of the reduced sugar raspberry jam that i ordered, i am now at the end of my tether with your so called customer service an will certainly not be shopping from your very poor company unless something is done about this.as my order was made on the 9th of jan.”
