“I got a notification that my product shipped early July, but no tracking information. After about a week and a half I contacted the company. They didn't respond, so I contacted them again 4 days later. They responded only by sending tracking numbers. What they failed to tell me was that they resent the order (I have no idea what happened to the first one). It took a month to get this order, and a lot of effort on my end. I won't order from Natures Healthbox again.”
