“No added sugar, just fruit pectin used to 'set' them. They really do have a lovely full-on fruit-packed taste. You want to dump regular sugar-packed jams after eating these, as the difference is really noticeable. Keep in fridge after opening. If you are looking for good foods for a dementia suffer these are really good, as they avoid real sugar - which isn't good for someone with dementia, I have found.”
