“These are helpful when my chest becomes temporarily congested, I usually take 4 tablets. I used to buy something called Lomotil tablets, and one of those used to do the trick, but they were suddenly removed from the market and I had to find a replacement. Your tablets are good, although the Lomotil were better.”
