“If you are having trouble with grains, this one is a good option to help you with still getting your protein source. The packaging means they stay crisp, and if you like your greens smoothies with spirulina etc., you'll like the taste of these. They are nice with avocado, tomatoes and a green salad. They aren't dry and have a slightly nutty taste.”
