Calcium helps to reduce the loss of bone mineral in post-menopausal women. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures. Calcium a contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

I use this as an additional source of these nutrients in order to maintain my health while living with MS

doing a great job don't appear to have as many problems as most my age and with my level of wear and tear from a constantly active working life and leisure pursuits, mind you I've no doubt the vegetarian diet, now vegan, of 53 years has been and is a great help too.
