“A huge upgrade on previous models with a larger screen and improved video quality. A seriously good piece of kit. Also the usual very helpful advice from Nature Spy.”
“Beautifully detailed and clear night pictures - I've had the Edge version for 4 years and the Elite is a vast improvement. I'm very pleased with it and the great service and advice I get from the NatureSpy team.”
“This is my second Browning trail camera (I’ve had good service from the first) it even came with a free SIM card. They are out all year in all weathers and cope with whatever is thrown at them. Prior to this second Browning I had tried a different make but the night time recordings were poor and very grainy, there is no such issue with these Browning’s. If your in the market for a trail camera take a look.”
“We thought our previous Recon Force camera was good but the Recon Force Elite is much better, giving a bright, sharp image every time. We are very pleased with out purchase.”
“Very easy to set up and use, results excellent day and night, although Barn Owls do appear washed out in IR mode, but that's not really fault of camera. The trigger is very sensitive, any other moving object, branches or long grasses, tend to create false triggers. Overall doing exactly what I required for monitoring and recording.”
“Just purchased a second Recon Force Elite HP5 to replace a 5-years old Bushnell Core DS unit which had become unreliable. The Browning camera is easier to use and the simple on/off switch is probably going to be easier to set and longer lived than the Bushnell 3-position slide switch which I found tricky to set into the central menu position. The Browning is easier to set up with an external battery, having a standard jack plug rather than the proprietary connector on the Bushnell. Daytime and night time performance of the HP5 camera is excellent. The sensor does a good job and was triggered by a rat stealing a whole apple at 4-5 metres last night. All in all I consider the HP5 to be a good buy from Nature Spy who delivered the unit very quickly.”
“We recently took delivery of the Browning Recon Force Elite HP5, which we use to record Badgers and the occasional fox in our garden. This camera replaced the previous model of the Recon Force, which was damaged in a recent storm.
The video quality is excellent and enhanced with an improved sound quality.
We can now hear the Badgers chomping on the peanuts.”
