An essential accessory to a trail cam which doesn't have the facility to be at any other angle than the flat surface upon which it is mounted. The tree mount give total flexibility of movement and direction making camera placement far more flexible.

Very useful adjunct to trail camera in order to obtain correct viewing angle. Supplied with very long straps for even the largest of trees. Would be improved if mounting screw was like a camera tripod (it's fixed, so that the whole camera needs to be rotated to screw it on the mount).

A well-made and substantial bracket with a positional gimbal that's got bomb proof stability. The camera locking ring on the tree mounts male thread is large and has a rubberised friction grip upper surface to mate against the camera body. The integral moulding on the Recon Force Elite HP4 that houses the female thread has a small friction contact area that touches only a small proportion of the tree mount's locking ring and when tightened allows the camera to move on the mount with little effort which is why I'm giving it 4 stars and not five.

Would have given 5 star for quality but no instructions came with it and when mounting the camera, for it to be really tightened it ended up facing backwards. Also, even though the strap is superb, the clasp is difficult to handle and close by just one person.
