“This is for the cameras. I purchased 2 naturespy ursus nova trail cameras and I can't get them to work at night. I have fully charged batteries purchased with cameras, memory card unlocked again purchased with cameras and formatted. I've returned to factory settings, moved locations all to no avail. The memory cards only come in 1 size as in it doesn't have the tiny memory card so I don't have anything that they fit into. My previous purchase gave the option of a large and small memory card just like every other card I've purchased for years. The help also says about updating but I can't do that as the memory cards don't fit to any of the multitude of computers. I've tried going through the help and all that has done is increased my frustration. Unless this is sorted I've got 2 expensive cameras that are only fit to hide away in a drawer. I accept it could be user error but when I have tried everything that they say to do and it's still not working really do not help”
