We're really impressed with how quickly we received our order and we are delighted with our birdcam. It took a little effort to get the solar panel lead plugged in (the manual does say to press firmly!) and it works a treat. The siren is excellent for scaring away greedy wood pigeons.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my mother. Wanted to wait for it to get some use before reviewing and honestly all I can say is this did not disappoint at all. It's probably up there with her favourite things we've ever bought her. Setting it up and connecting it to the app was very easy, and she's absolutely ecstatic and excited every time a new picture comes through. The quality of the pictures and videos is decent, with the usual bits of blur you'd expect with birds in motion, but one thing it does great is the colouring. We've had some really lovely pictures especially of robins. Overall we're very happy with this item and it definitely brings plenty of joy. Worth every penny.

Grandparents have installed the camera with no help from me at all, the app works well and has no monthly subscription or anything of the like. The feeder captures decent quality pictures - it's not going to replace your DSLR - and seems good quality so far. We're about a month into it being on the wall. The range on the camera is a bit keen, be aware - it liked taking photos of the squirrel on the fence about 6 feet away. Very good - not absolutely perfect thus 4 stars.

Hi Oliver, Really pleased your grandparents have got the camera up and running! Regarding the sensitivity - you can easily turn this down in the settings. Go to the camera settings, then 'Detection Alarm Settings', then 'Sensitivity'. You can choose between Low, Medium and High. That should remove the distance squirrel triggers! Thanks!

This was a Christmas Present. After about a month the camera developed a fault. The staff at Nature Spy were excellent. They offered speedy responses and suggestions. However, when these failed to rectify the fault, a replacement was quickly provided. Excellent service. We love to be able to see the birds on the table. The quality of the live and captured stills and videos is excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend.
