“Have been waiting to receive a second camera before writing the review, and would just like to say I am pleased with them, being in my 60s I find technology a bit hard at times so the setup was a bit tricky at the start as I had to change my router settings from 5ghz to 2.4ghz as the camera wont work otherwise, once i had done this rest of the setup was easy and you have to make sure you charge the batteries fully at least 8 hours till the green light comes on, advised by customer service via a telephone call and email on a Sunday whereupon they got back to me straight away, amazing service, polite, patient and friendly. Still trying to extend battery life as I am only getting a week but with all the hedgehog nightly antics could be the motion detection going on quite a lot and videoing. Other than these little hiccups from an OAP I am really pleased the footage the next morning is amazing from the hedgehogs, mouse and pain in the neck cat who I can see exactly what time he is coming. Cameras seem very strong too as were capturing images during the storm with no issues, price was reasonable too and I purchased the tripods which is a bonus as able to move if necessary to a different part of the garden and bring indoors to charge”
“Really pleased with my purchase, I’ve always wanted to know what birds I’m getting In my garden and this is a fantastic bit of kit to do that. When you’re not watching your bird feeder during the day it’s amazing how much wildlife goes by without you knowing.
The best part of this kit was picking up a Muntjac in the evening. Didn’t think for one moment we had this visitor and know we know it visits every evening.
I loved this piece of kit so much I brought the WiFi Bird Cam Pro days later which is another amazing piece of kit. So glad I stumbled across NatureSpy and purchased this camera.. it’s my new obsession”
