“I’ve ordered from Naturo a total of three times. On the first occasion Naturo lost my order and I had to send a number of emails to the customer service team before my order was despatched. On the second occasion, two of the foil trays had burst open so I had to throw them away. On the third and final order I opened one of the trays and noticed that there seemed to be what looked like fat sitting on the top of the dog meat. My dog has previously been very ill with pancreatitis so I have to be very cautious with his food. When I peeled back the whole foil, the contents of the tray was completely mouldy at one end. I put the first and second experience down to bad luck but having had bad experiences on three consecutive occasions I definitely won’t be ordering again.”
