“This was the best value update I could find. I ordered and it was delivered within the week. I just removed the original card and replaced it with the new one, the car (2019 Q5) went through a loading/updating process which took a few minutes. I've driven the car on roads that I knew weren't on my old version of my satnav and they're present on the new version so it's definitely updated itself. The bav system went back to default on the screen showing everything around (like hospitals and libraries etc) so I had to go into the set up and reset my preferences, not difficult! Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and I imagine I've saved a considerable sum over a genuine Audi update (which incidentally I asked for a price when my car was in getting a service but they never even got back to me so their loss) I would definitely recommend this product and this company”
