Having researched long and hard through the many similar companies out there I believe that Neat are far superior in their bottle (aluminium won't break like glass, the trigger is easy and the design is stylish), in their cleaning solution and most definitely in their customer care. Colleen was absolutely superb and resolved the problem that was actually down to me and have ensured my long term custom. The fragrances are personal choice (I had wanted to love them and many do) so I for one I'm delighted that they also do the unfragranced range. Highly recommended this company.”
