“Smells great, love the bottle and ease of creating the handwash. The only downside for me has been the feel of the handsoap once its dispensed. It looks lovely and foamy and creamy, but the actual feel on your hands is somewhat watery, which adds to the feeling that you've not washed your hands as thoroughly as you could. Perhaps I will try diluting the product with a bit less water, or maybe this is something Neat could work on?! It won't prevent me from buying again though as the environment is more important that how the handwash feels on my hands!”
