“This is a bad news/good news situation. Having been using the washing up spray for a while I was really looking forward to the arrival of the foaming body wash. So was massively disappointed when the bottle and base arrived damaged- bad news. Good news - sent an email with photos of the damage and no questions asked a new one is on its way. In the meantime we ran out of shower gel so had to use the one I had. Everyone in the family has commented on how lovely the smell is and the feel of the foam.
