Veramente un ottimo gel! Mi è piaciuto tantissimo.
A livello di digestione non mi ha creato nessun problema. Il fatto che sia abbastanza liquido permette di prenderlo senza troppi problemi, non bisogna bere dopo averlo preso e non è troppo "pastoso". Non lo farei nemmeno più liquido senno poi rischia di diventare troppo "leggero". Non aggiungerei la quantità di zuccheri perchè forse poi diventa un pò troppo strong!
A livello di gusto quello che ho provato non era male, forse un pò fortino ma penso che dipenda molto dal gusto che si sceglie alla fine.
Ho visto che (correndo) con un abbinata flask da 300 con dentro un C30 busta + un gel C30 all'ora si riescono ad avere tutte le energie necessarie per poter dare il 100% senza avere cali di performance o prestazione. Poi chiaro che qui è molto soggettivo ma su di me una formula di questo tipo funziona!”
