“Really look forward to these on ride's vs. other brands, which are often too sweet and viscous. Generally I don't go for fruity gel flavors but all the C30 gel flavors work for me. C30 gels are more liquidy than other brands so they're easier to swallow during hard efforts. Energy release is consistent and easy to quantify, and I don't get tired of eating them. All this means they make fueling during rides easy and effective.”

“The flavor and nutrition is excellent. I believe never second is the best gel there is, based on nutrition, consistency, and taste. However, the packaging is the ABSOLUTE WORST on the market. I can often not even open them standing in my kitchen, let alone running, and it's near impossible running at race pace. Even when I manage to tear it open, it usually is only half open, so it doesn't come out quickly. I've almost given up on the product based on the atrocious packaging, but I'm hoping they redesign it because many people have had the same complaint. This is an easy fix. No other company packages their gels in bulletproof material.”
