“I love the Orange flavor c90 high carb drink. I am training for a full marathon and take a sip before I start my run. I take a sip every 2 miles. I combine this with the gel. I consume the c90 high carb drink 1st then take gel once I consumed all of it. It gives me energy at the beginning and during my training runs.”
