“I seem to need around 800 mG of sodium per bottle, as a salty sweater. S200 makes getting this amount of sodium easy in my main fueling bottles of three scoops of C30 drink mix, just add one capful of S200 to each bottle. Yeah, one can add additional electrolytes with other products as well, but staying within the N2 system makes everything super easy to figure out, with really simple math!
