“Having read an article about this produce I new I needed something to make me feel better. From the outset the energy levels picked up, calm was a big factor and my sleep pattern improved considerably leaving me with a clearer mind the following day. “It was just by sheer luck that I saw the advertisement for Active Magnesium Glycinate that caught my eye. As my husband and I are not the greatest of sleepers, we decided to try it and lo and behold, it works. While I don't get a full 8 hours sleep, it's much better but the best is that my entire body, goes into some sort of comfort mode that I eventually relax into a sleep. The major plus is that it's not addictive, less restless nights, no cramps and wake up more refreshed than previously. Definitely worth giving it a go.”
