“Hello, Justification for my 1 start rating is that I recieved a new mcr 9 rdo frameset April 18th and when I started to build I noticed that there are cracks in the paint, so I opened a case on May 2nd and since then I have not heard back from Niner for support? I am really surprised at the Niner team as I have owned multiple niner frames in the past and would be able to contact niner support with no issues, for a company the strives on their product and customer support, I am not impressed.
