“I received my fork with a missing cable guide and without prep paste in the box. I immediately emailed Niner about this issue and got no response going on what 2 weeks now? You can't access an actual live person with their phone system so no go there as well.
And this from an RLT RDO owner of 3 years now. Love that bike but not Niners response to my 29r carbon fork problem.”
“Fork is great. I love the way it feels on gravel but also on trails. Only issue was the thru bolt does not have a deep spot for the allen wrench and got messed up. Fortunately there is another allen wrench spot on the other end that I can use. Hopefully at some point I can replace it.”
“Great fork! I also bought a Bottom Bracket - returned it at the begiinning of May and they keep promising a refund - Now into June - nothing. If you want the product, make sure it is correct as you will probably never see your money again if you return it.”
