“I never got an update on shipping last order. I had to call. I was told sorry. We were doing inventory. Next day I finally got an update. I also requested a discount code to get a shirt and cap. Since I’ve recently ordered a frame, seat post and the lack of recent order update. No one got back to me. I don’t think I’m privileged, but it would’ve been nice to get some kind of discount code to get some swag.”
